This was an excellent game between two evenly matched sides. It was hard fought throughoutt and was a great spectacle for supporters of both teams.

Ultimately Brecon just lost out to a strong side, although had they realised that they had the edge when they put more width into their game then perhaps they could have reversed the score. For the most part they tended to attack on a narrow front and were closed down. By contast when they attacked out wide they broke the defence almost every time.

All the players should be congratulated on a fine game of rugby and if the Brecon team continue in this vein then they could enjoy a successful second half to the season.
