The event will be held in a marquee at Parc-de-Pugh which we have obtained in conjunction with the WAAT 4 organisers who will use it for their event the following weekend (20th/21st June). The club will provide the bar courtesy of Sharon, caterers have been arranged via Don and entertainment and disco to finish has been booked. 

 

The evening will be a 'black tie' event and tickets will be priced at £40 per person and we will be able to accomodate 300 persons. This will incude a canapes and drinks reception, a two course meal, coffee and entertainment. During the evening we will have a short awards ceremony and speeches where the 1sts, 2nds and Youth awards for the season will be presented. After that we hope that all attendees can enjoy themselves and celebrate what has been a fantastic season for all our age groups.

 

The Mini & Junior Presentation afternoon will take place the following day in the marquee starting at 2pm

 

Tickets for the ball are available behind the bar at the club via Sharon and can be booked in tables of 10 if required. Tickets will be required to be paid for prior to the event.

 

It is hoped that you all can support this evening and please feel free to pass this information around. Details of the event have also been circulated to all mini and junior coaches and team managers and it will be advertised in the club and via our social media sites.
