Seniors' Training	Thursday 15th July 7:00pm Senior Trainig will commence on Thursday 15th July at 7:00pm. Training will then take place every Tuesday and Thursday at Parc de Pugh. Senior coaches, Scott Edwards and Gareth Williams, extend a warm welcome to all senior players. Anyone rquiring any firther details should contact Dale Williams on 07870681997.

Membership Subscriptions 2009/10	Membership Subscriptions Renewal and New Members forms can be found under the heading "Documents" on this website. Please note that at the AGM, 29th June 2009, the Constitution of the Club was amended with regard to Rules of Membership in order to fall in line with the Club's Equal Opportunities Policy. Membership of the club is now open to any individual applicant without the requirement to be proposed and seconded by existing members. The revised membership forms can now be obtained from this webside or from the club.	At the club AGM held on Wednesday June 29th, it was unanimously agreed that the following categories and rates of subscription apply for the season 2009/10.
