NOTICE TO MEMBERS

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

WEDNESDAY 16^TH SEPTEMBER 2015

7.30pm

Due notice is given to inform members that a Special General Meeting will take place at Brecon RFC on the above date to vote on the proposal by the committee to amend Rule 7 of the Constitution of Brecon RFC.

Rule 7 of the Constitution reads (proposed amendments in Black) :-

‘The Annual Subscriptions, which shall become payable to the Treasurer on the 1^st May (1^st September) in each year shall be as follows:

             Current Rule                          Amendment

1. Ordinary Full Member        £30
2. Playing Member                 £35
3. Youth Member                    £30
4. Mini & Junior Member        £30
5. Social Member                   £15        -  Remove Social Membership
6. Ten Year Membership        £200      -   £250
7. Affiliated Member               £100
8. Family Member                  £60
